Thank you Gustav for taking the time to do this, its should be to the benefit of all.

Comunication is key, there nothing like silence to rub salt in a wound and it allows all sorts of thoughts, stories and non-sense to grow size and shape with all sorts of repercusions.

Lets hope theres a happy ending in sight for all concerned and loads of happy posts will come forth over the next week or so...

Regards

Jay

I have underlined the importance to Abid to solve this right now in my 2nd mail to him yesterday.

Also, as a coincidence Im going to Florida end of March if that could help to sort out the issue, who knows.

I don't know as well but I know he has been an advertiser since autumn 2007 with a good record for what I know.

Gustav, when you meet Abid can you remind him about my refund. He has promised since November 09 and no action has been made as of today.

I am more curious to know what ASR plan to do to compensate customers for this inconvenience.

When my Eisenmann's got lost in delivery, my vendor immediately refunded my CC, placed an order for a new unit, debited my card only when an airway bill was presented proving shipment, and offered me additional 15% discount!

Otherwise what's the point in paying someone money, and having them sit on it "bearing interest" day by day? Anyone could run a scam of this nature and make money off people's money from interest alone... not saying this is the case here, ofcourse not.... but the concept is clear.

So should we start of a list of what customers that have ordered, paid and not got delivered, preferrably with dates as well.

1. Username 2. Paid Date 3. Product 4. Promised Delivered Date

Anything else we should mention? Please fill in yourself on the list above.
