I have my own share of problem with ASR...they promised to have it settle back in December. Well, I do hope they will get it done by this month.

I hear you guys..
I've asked countless times for new video and
was told the next day twice..
Weeks went by and still nothing..
I understand **** happens..
But when it does you have to do whatever
it takes so it doesn't roll downhill..
One major rule of business
is always under promise
and over deliver

WOW! I'm fairly new to this forum as I have only been an owner of the M5 since Nov 09. I'm as well looking for this forum and members for advice on purchasing aftermarket products. Currently I'm working with PSI out of Orlando, FL on a set of DPE wheels as well as Jlevi on exterior parts. I didnt have an opportunity to be a part of this group buy but have watched closely at the postings because I need an exhaust. I have three companies that I'm considering- Active, ASR and Eisenmann. Considering Active and ASR because I live in Florida and Eisenmann because it was on my last BMW.

I feel for you guys as these updates from ASR are worthless and don't show me a reputable company at all. I find it amazing that no dyno has been posted and ASR has 100 of these units in their hands, not sure why a shipping carton or polishing the exhaust would delay a dyno. I wouldn't accept any performance product without a dyno especially a $2800+ product.

I suggest it is our duty as members to keep this a reputable forum for discussions and offerings, protect your fellow members and don't accept this product without a recent video with a production exhaust (not prototype) setup and dyno.

I will not purchase from this company until I have seen this posted on m5board. If you are a group buyer or member in the market for an exhaust then demand these terms as fair practice in the m5board forum.

May I add that the dyno should in that case be done at an independent company.
Because a dyno done by the proper exhaust manufacturer in its own facility does not mean anything to me. I can even post a fantastic dyno sheet with loads of torque in 2 minutes - thanks Photoshop...
