I've had a problem with my driver side window since winter (got frozen shut and broke fuse first then the motor) so i have only been able to lower the passenger side window to hear the exhaust more clearly from inside the car.
Yesterday i got the driver side window fixed...
WOW, OMG
The sound just got 30-50% better (and it was already crazy good), now you can hear even more of the really sharp, open, throaty and aggressive top rpm scream from 4k and up... Its amazing!! Driving next to a concrete barrier on the driver side and flooring it through the revs is just god like! I don't think i've ever heard any other car (race or road) with any exhaust sound better then this, seriously! Downshift blips sounds like a race car but better... I'ts just perfect!
You can even hear the preassure in the exhaust switch between over and under preassure while shifting, wow... If this sound came from a Ford Fiesta 1.1 i would buy it and drive it every day.
I was out driving for 2-3 hours yesterday evening and got 4 thumps up, one guy coming up and me asking about the car and exhaust, one guy following me through town and filming with his mobile, i need to head out again for a drive!
Roggan I'm sorry but you must be mistaken because there are all these people here that say the system is a POS.

I have recently been communicating with ASR on a ongoing basis via email and I am happy with the response time I am getting as well as what is being negotiated. I got a feeling they have over come the problems they have encountered. I will let you guys know when they have delivered and if I am satisfied with what I have called a new Chapter.

Roggan the sound is AAAAMMMMAAAZZZZIIINNNGGG i cant get over it, it helps when you open your sun roof (if you had one lol) I look forward to driving my car, and i always get thumbs up and people chasing me to ask about the car.. Someone while i was at work left a note on my car saying "Your car brought me to tears, its the nicest sounding car ive ever heard".. lol that note almost brought me to tears, even my girl friends, and older uncles love the sound. The exhausts has all the right notes throughout the RPM Band, and sends chills down your back on every downshift. on a side note i was doing some night runs on the toll road, and my friend in his M3 saw flames coming out of the exhaust on my up shifts!!!!!
And George and everyone else i hope all of your issues are resolved, but i can assure you one thing, that you will be one happy customer after you receive your exhaust.

They might have shipped orders but they have not made any refunds. I don't think they really moving in the right directions yet! They still not replying my PMs.
I didn't get mind thru the group buy because I missed it, I called ASR about a month ago to place an order, the usual, it got held up for 2-3 weeks for this and that excuse. They shipped it out yesterday thru overnight service, I'm suppose to be getting it today by 5pm pacific time...

Being that you are in Walnut, after install, you should let the "other" guys hear, see, smell and touch this illusive system.
I am curious as to the fit and finish, and sound. In particular the drone. Did you get the "Dronless" version at no cost to performance or did you opt for drone?
As sarcastic as my post may sound, I am sincere. I do not want to be a hypocrite. I am willing to guess the product quality is good, I am curious to the sound difference with other systems and of course drone. My system has drone!
