I am more curious to know what ASR plan to do to compensate customers for this inconvenience.
When my Eisenmann's got lost in delivery, my vendor immediately refunded my CC, placed an order for a new unit, debited my card only when an airway bill was presented proving shipment, and offered me additional 15% discount!
Otherwise what's the point in paying someone money, and having them sit on it "bearing interest" day by day? Anyone could run a scam of this nature and make money off people's money from interest alone... not saying this is the case here, ofcourse not.... but the concept is clear.
