5%??! Now that is almost too hard to believe. What is that like $50? Seriously, you need to discount anything about 20% to motivate anyone. Think about it. Would you change your mind over $50 on $1000 or $100 on $2000??

Oh.. That's something, but raises an entirely new question. 600/.05 = x dollars per hp.
