We are continuing with the production of the remaining units .

So it sounds like we stand at ONE unit completed satisfactorily so far. So much for one unit per week.

that is incorrect , we have sent out more than one unit . we are doing all that we can to get them out as I keep saying . we are trying to produce one a week , then packing and shipping time .

so am i the only one who doesn't have his? So far, i've only seen howler and crnjy m5 post anything about receiving theirs (and crnjym5's was not yet completed to his satisfaction, at the time i made the post). Both required some replacement parts. You'd think if there are only 6 of us each would chime in when the parts came in. At least that was what i thought the purpose of this thread was.

At any rate, i'm glad to see Bob's post that all the parts are in and look good.

I think your long, long wait should be worth it. Hopefully the quality is getting better with each unit produced.
Mine is a little rough, but Roy at Ca. Automotive promised to send me a new improved CF skirt(?) that surrounds the lower rear bumper after everyone else receives their units.
Again, sorry for the frustration.............................

I don't have mine yet either.. And whilst i've sold the car I have a friend who's interested in the part for his M5.

So the rest of the peices arrived earlier this week. I havent been in the office so I did not see it until I got back.

A lot more care and attention has been put into the new peices. A lot less dents and imperfections. I could tell the black painted edges werent just slapped on. For some reason there are still small lines in the clearcoat on the edges, but its small enough to live with. Overall quality of the peices has been turned up a notch. This is how it should have been the first time around. I look forward to finally installing it. Thanks to Roy for making things right. Pictures to come once I get home.

On a side note, I am looking to maybe resand and recoat the two posts to be a bit shinier. The way it is now its got a coating of black/greyish material on it. That's just my preference and by no fault of Roy or the manufacturer. Anyone know a good place in Southern Cali that would anodize or coat two small machined posts?

p.s.- Roy, the nuts and bolts had fallen out of the bag during shipment and I believe I'm missing some hardware from it falling out. Please check to see if I'm missing anything when I post the pictures of the items tonight, thanks.

Sorry it took so long, but here are some more pics of the rest of the peices. Again, I am satisfied with how they are this time around. It has been a long time coming but I'm glad its finally finished.

hi guys , apols as usaul for posting late , I have been away over the holidays .

Again our thanks to CRNJY M5 for being fair enough to post up his satisfaction with the replacement parts , we really appreciate this , I hope it shows that we do listen and want to provide the best possible for members . I know you guys have had to wait far too long , but as you can see this was not time wasted .

I will get the hardware list checked and come back to you soonest .
