just got back from yet another trip to RD Sport. for those who are asking, the group buy has no maximum limit, so you can charge to your heart's content right up until midnight sep. 30th.
in addition, I also learned that they have several very very interesting modifications to offer. camshafts, velocity stacks, and eprom tuning are offered in addition to their headers. the cams and eprom tuning, in addition to the headers, will net an extremely significant hp gain (around 50-65hp according to their figures)....

To answer your question and make a long story short...
When Racing Dynamics SpA set up an importer for the United States, they sold the licensing rights to Electrodyne in order to protect the brand name. It worked well for a number of years but then Electrodyne started making their own products for non BMW vehicles under the Racing Dynamics name and also making direct copies of the Racing Dynamics SpA parts. After a long legal process we were unable to get the rights to the name back in the United States so RD Sport was born. Rest assured that the product you are buying is an official Racing Dynamics SpA / RD Sport product.

When I saw that Group Buy posted here ... I went to the RD site and then saved the link as a "Favorite Place" link. Yesterday ... I tried to access that RD site and it was a Dead End.
I started to make a few inquires and the people at Racing Dynamics in Alexandria, Virginia knew NOTHING about that G-Buy.
Have you made contact with the couple of other members who maybe have purchased those Headers? ... Or maybe the person who originally posted the link?
