No, Beastpower is waiting for one of us to start a group buy. I will definitely be a buyer in the group buy for the Tubi...but I don't know what I would need to do to start one (beside contacting the vendor)??? AND I really don't have the spare time right now to take on any more administrative tasks (too many workers out on vacation right now )

I believe Beastpower is just looking for one of us to herd the cats. I imagine lots of folks are on holiday now for another week or so however. I'd love a Tubi system.

I will organize the group-buy. Let's just use this thread to list the names of those interested. BeastPower's price is already low at $1,795 (for comparison, Tubi's list price is $2,075, already low compared to the $2,400 Tubi was asking last year). You will find most dealers selling either at list or at $1,995.

I can go even lower than $1,795 if I get several orders in one go. This group buy will get the word out into the BMW M5 community about Tubi, therefore, I am okay with selling these at close to cost.

Delivery is 3-4 weeks. I will also be posting detailed close-ups of the new Tubi exhaust with the wider tips.

Cheers.

Okay, here is some new information:

1) I will have one unit of the new wide-tip version in stock this week.
2) I will have high-resolution macro-detail photos of the entire new exhaust system this week.
3) Retail price has been increased by Tubi to $2,350 (from $2,075), but I am still honoring my $1,795 price for the first 10 units in this group buy.
4) The exhaust now comes in 4 pieces.
5) The new wider tips are 80mm (the old style were 70mm).
6) Delivery of the 10 units will be in 2-3 weeks. International insured shipping is not a problem.
7) The exhaust is sold only as a complete system (all 4 pieces).

Cheers.

BeastPower- Are you sure that the new tips are 80 mm? I was under the impression that the new tips will be 70mm and the older ones were 60 mm. I am probably wrong but just want to clarify.

Yup, this is correct. The older ones were 70mm, and the new ones are 80mm. This was confirmed verbally with the top brass at Tubi.

Moreover, I will have a new Tubi exhaust in my hands in 2-3 days, and will measure the tip diameter myself, and post a photo of the tip with the tape measure next to it.

Cheers.
