Question for the goup buy members, how many have received their tune? What was the elapsed time to delivery of your tune file? From reading this thread it appears only three or four. I ask because I sent my file late Tuesday, July 10 and I understand that means Evolve received it Wednesday. Given their expertise in this area, I would think a full business week is more than sufficient. As could be expected I am anxious to get this tune installed and experience the same as the positive reviews

I welcome a response from Evolve on this as I only receive an automated response copied below when I try to contact for an update.

We have received your file. We aim to have your tuned file returned to with 48 hours during the business week Monday-Friday.

Still didn't work. I will have to figure it out in a few days once I get up to NC. I don't have a laptop and the one I was using is kind of flaky anyway, so I'll borrow another one next week and give it another shot.

Got mine quick and installed quickly as well. Everything worked fine on my computer and went flawlessly on the install. I guess since I got in early, they were able to turn it around quick before everyone else jumped in.

Got my tune fast. Longest part was actually receiving the cable and IATS. Haven't installed the IATS yet but plan to this weekend. Software glitches and tune were all resolved within two days total.

I sent them my file Saturday the 14th and got my tuned file back Monday the 16th. I didn't have any problems loading the tuned file, but I haven't had a chance to drive it yet...

It seems the email that was sent to you saying your tune is ready for download never got to you. I saw that you and Sal were communicating and getting it resolved. Sorry for the e-mail issues!

OK, good luck and let us know. the new version is working for all that use it, so not so many issues like a week or so ago!

what problems are you having? remember 1999-2000 must use a round pin adapter.
