Common sense tells me that what has been alleged and proven was too STUPID for a vendor to do and not expect to be caught. Why would someone risk being ousted and banned for a few quick sales. So your story about a rogue employee may be true.

That said, my gut tells me to be better safe than sorry.

Their claim to E39 parts is questionable. So far they have just been caught misrepresenting SPEC's e60 M5 SMG clutch and re-branding it as their own with considerable mark-up costs.

SPEC, the original manufacturer, has informed me that CNS had also done this with E39 parts as well.

FYI people, if you want the true cost and original part, shop direct at SPEC:

If you're tech savy, you can compare their products to what CNS is advertising and note similarities...as in take a look a their e60 M5 SMG clutch and compare it to CNS....hint: it's the same.

So basically, no need to go through CNS as they charge more than what the cost of the clutch is on SPEC's website. Cut out the "middle man" so to speak.
