1.5-2 months i can have them complete if i give the machine shop the go-ahead this week or early next week. They currently have a 3-4 week lead time. I have already have some of the peripheral hardware ordered.
I have a the price list on my laptop that I'll post up later this evening.
I will take one of the first sets please!!!!!! I was about to order a set of the Dinan because I need to replace my thrust arm bushings. would it be possible to get these before June?
I have spherical bearings in my Trans Am as well, for what I paid it would be tough to swallow the Dinan price tag..
Matt
I have some interest with a little more info.
I am very happy with my X5 bushings as part of my Dinan stage 3 suspension. It is a perfect daily driver. With your bushings, I would expect less flex and a little better turn in for hard or track drivng. But how much harsher will it be in everyday street driving?
The car is primarily a street car, so I am sensitive to maintaining a comfortable ride when I transport people.

Based on the tentative interest, I'm going to get a move on with the ordering and assembly. I can't make any accelerated timeline promises due to me not doing the machining myself; but, i'll get a move-on!

Jerry, I'll let you know on the increase in ride harshness as I'm pretty discriminatory about ride comfort and my 540 has piled up 80,000mi in the 2.5 years I've owned it (serious DD duty).
My experience is that the noise and harshness will be increased, but limited on a car that isn't riding on super-stiff springs and using spherical bearings for every suspension bushing - the primary loads through the thrust arm are fore-and-aft forces are during braking and as the car is turning-in.
Currently there are 15-16 "interested" parties. Pricing will be based on the first initial order. When the machine shop gets going, I'll be requiring a all those who are serious to do place a $100USD deposit so I have a real number - in the case that you back out, you will be refunded sans a $10 tire-kicker fee.
Good to see someone else making these, too bad I just installed a Dinan set. At least I got them used so I didn't pay full price.
Not to scare anyone away, but I noticed a big increase in ride harshness with them installed. I can feel every bump in the road, it's very noticeable and annoying at times - *thump* *thump* *thump* *thump*
And that's with the stock 18" rims, it will probably be even worse if I put my 19's on. No other suspension mods besides Kelleners lowering springs.
I have to deal with crappy Michigan roads though, where you can't go more than 5 feet before hitting a seam/crack/pothole. If you have decent roads, it's probably a non-issue.

Thanks for the feedback!! Sometimes it can be hard to find an unbiased review of expensive parts - the 'ol brain-wallet bias often takes hold.
With your Kelleners springs, have you changed the shocks to account for the altered ride height? It is my understanding that the monoballs remove some spring rate and damping from up front due to the now-unrestricted movement about the axis of the thrust arm bushing/bearing - as the bushing flexes the spring rate would increase (within the normal range of motion), similar to a urethane bump stop, without the harshness (you've got a 15" lever atached).
Folks have reported slightly lower ride heights after doing monoball installs, and that may be causing you to hit the bump stops?
