Does a Germany-spec car have a Secondary Air Pump?
I am running Alpha-N. Don't know if I have the SAP. Please, advise.

Most certainly. I mean, from the factory it did. It is behind and just above the near side fog light on a RHD mounted on a bracket that attaches to three points.

You may also want the quiet cold start, made the war department in my house quite happy with the car, where as before it was "why is your car so loud, it sounds broken..." Now it's quiet like a mouse leaving the garage...
I can relate on the quiet start in the morning. But do you see any benefits on deleting the SAP? Longer life of the car? Longer life or shorter life of the cats?

I am also interested in getting a Alpha-s tune with SAP delete. More for the noise then anything else. When do you think you will have pricing numbers?

SAP is for emissions only to help the cats heat up a bit faster. The only benefit I'm aware of for the SAP delete is the elimination of the carbon build up CEL.

Will have pricing and timing up by the end of the week!

I ended up buying the base tune at full tilt, will there be a discounted upgrade available to those of us who want to move to the alpha n?

Thanks.

I did my "before" dyno today so I'm waiting patiently for the "after" once we get this GB going. I have detailed A/F data for Sal also.
