Sal,

Can you please put together a one page install guide for these?? I think a lot of people would like it and need it, and it is the right thing to provide with your product! I would be happy to help make it look nice if you want it.

Basically we need, install directions with tips, tools needed, how the primaries are numbered, what should be welded and where a slip-joint should be placed, how to make sure the collector is properly and fully seated on the primaries, etc..

Yes a good exhaust shop knows most of this and can figure it out, but this is a product they have never seen before and it would make people much more comfortable to provide them with instructions so they don't have to guess.

Thanks,
Drew

I am preparing a PDF as we speak.

There was such a hurry to actually get these things out and to the people who have paid.

An install guide was always going to be done.

those personalized plates are so cool!!! nice touch, Evolve.

looking at all your products makes me wish i had an E39 M5 instead of an E90 M3, haha.

maybe our E90 M3 could use some Medusa headers....

Thank you - from there I was able to get the # for Los Angeles. For anyone else who's package is stuck in Los Angeles, TNT's phone # there is 310-242-9700 extension 4 (brokerage).

Mine shows "02 Jun 2011 10:00:00 Los Angeles Held Customs, Awaiting Clearance Instructions From Receiver. " but when I called they actually stated the package had not arrived at LA and they weren't sure if it would actually even go there or to JFK. The agent did take my phone # down to contact me when it does arrive.

Also, for anyone who has these professionally installed -- could you post up at least the time they billed for? The local installer I may use (if I can't work up the confidence to do these myself) has only done one set of headers on these cars before and all they have to work with is the 14 hours Dinan quotes for their header install. At this length of time we're bordering having installation almost equal the cost of the headers.

I know an estimate of 6-8 hours was thrown around somewhere in this forum, that's why I'm interested as that's a massive difference in cost. Thanks guys.

Well we started about 19.00 and worked till 04.00, we continued about 10.30 and we were copletely done about 21.00. Includet allso clutch and flywheel change.

And i bet that we were fastest than any "local installer"

Me and Vantaam5 have pretty good knowledge about these cars

So what you're saying is it'll likely be cheaper to fly you both out to Denver for a week to party in my garage?
