So, effectively you are selling:

F: 19x8.5+30
R: 19x9.5+38

(Which are more along the lines of 3 series offsets)

Then saying to run 15/20mm spacers making them effective +15/18 offset, correct?

Why not get them made in some offsets better suited for our cars without the requirement for spacers? If i understand how these type of wheel manufacturers work; as long as you order enough wheels, you can get them to cast pretty much any size/offset combo. Plus, doing it this way it is almost guaranteed that we will get more aggressive lips and spoke faces which are very welcomed ...

If you can get this done, expect me to grab a set or two

The VarrsToen Wheels are 19x8.5 et35 and 19x9.5 et36. Running 20mm front spacers and 15mm rears will give you an effective offset of 15mm and 21mm. The reason for this is because these wheels are for 3 series, but because e39 owners want the setup they are suggesting that with the use of spacers it will fit. VarrsToen is not currently planning to bring these wheels out in e39 fitment so this is the best best option for the e39s. As far as face and lip size, the offset will not increase lip or concavity it the lower offset will just add more spacing on the back pad.

Thanks for clearing that up! This is still a ridiculous deal on wheels that really look the part!

It's nice to see shops like you actually TRYING to tailor a bit more to these cars.

won't the 19x9.5 et20 & 19x10.5 et22 tuck under our fenders if we aren't running stock suspension?

It should fit on stock suspension. As far as tire size, you may have to run a slightly stretched tire size.

D**n.. i was just getting ready to put my name down and saw i had to add spacers to get the correct offset. I have spacers now on my car and trying to go without.. The wheels do look nice though..

Seems some people are against spacers while others use them with all applications. For those who run rear OEM wheels on the fronts, or are running wider tire setups, all run spacers. There are those who even run spacers on wheels that were specifically made for the E39 offsets. As long as they are hubcentric and you get the correct extended bolts (usually can be purchased together), I don't see any disadvantage. There are also members who have spacers on their track cars with no issues.

I am running spacers on my track wheels with no issues. As long as you use a good hub centric spacer with these wheels you will be fine.
