For combining multiple items, I just emailed info@bimmerzone.com and asked that they send me a paypal invoice for what I wanted (remember to ask for the M5B pricing on the MAFs). Vincent replied the same morning and shipped the same day.

Filter is part # 13321407299 and looks like it is $27.54 from Bimmerzone. Less than 1/2 price compared to what I paid at the $tealership.

You will also want to buy a new copper gasket ring part number 07119963129 (cost: $0.11) to go on the threaded side of the new fuel filter. Learn from my mistake

Thanks gentlemen.

I am also looking to change my spark plugs sometime soon. Does anyone have a parts list of what all I can tackle (ie gaskets) while Im in there?

Secondly, I was told that the short shifter from the M coupe fits right in and will cost around $50. Is that so?

I just got my car so am not very familier just yet Thanks in advance.

Many on the board seem to use the e60 545i short shifter.

The only thing I have seen on spark plugs is that you should blow compressed air down into the sparkplug area before removing the old plugs, so that no accumulated dirt falls in the cylinders when you remove the old plugs.

You will get "reminded" by some of the older forum members to use the search function before posting questions, but I guess posting in a sponsor's thread is a good way to get around that
