they're running a special until Nov. 30th, that's why the price is $2299. I priced a clutch kit earlier today on the site, and using the $100 board member discount it comes out to $2199 + shipping, or $2,237 shipped in my case. So the GB price is roughly $50 off. So while I agree the GB price isn't so great as to entice someone who doesn't need a clutch to buy one, an extra $50 may push someone who is considering another brand's clutch in favor of CNS.
I'd love to see this clutch at a more affordable price point, say around $1500-1700 but there's really no reason for CNS to drop the price below $2k. After reading what owners have to say about the CNS clutches, the high failure rate of other clutches with S/C'd applications, and the labor expense involved, CNS knows that most high-po M5 owners will probably end up picking up one of their clutches eventually...even at $2400.
My question is
why aren't we getting free shipping?
