••ό•• Predator ICE V3 Coming Soon

Some of you already are privy to this but we figured we'd put it out there for the rest of the folks since it's such a topic of interest here at the office.

Predator ICE V3 is just around the corner.
It will be 2X brighter than V2 at the preliminary prototype phase.

We expect release in early to early November.

What are the differences?

A new generation LED, with over 2X the total lumen output of the existing 5W units in the Predator ICE V2
No more external resistors - ala ICE V2, Mycarr, or even some Mtecs.
A newly redesigned aiming lens with higher polish optics for better beam distribution.
A simpler connection (unlike the 2 headed extra wiring from the ICE V2)
A narrower more easily installed BODY of the product for improved ease of installation.

We have already begun shipments of the new E90 units:

And here's the difference in output.

You can clearly see that for the first time, the new ICE units are no longer just equal in brightness to the factory, but they are brighter (and this only a prototype, the final release is 20-30% brighter still).

No preorders at this time, but we will announce them on this thread very shortly.

Any idea "ish" of pricing? A range is fine just to get my head around potential costs.

Count me in! I can test them in cold climate now that winters approaching! My Mtec ones are pissing me off I think the connector is messed up or the cold is getting to it. I notice in the morning one side flickers a lot!! And they're dull as hell compared to the Predator V2.

Ya, I agree, the contrast is quite nice so I would prefer that they do not match but either be brighter or dimmer.

I do like the look of the LED's on the newer Audi's and this mod would mimic that look which would look sick imo.
