Advice on ordering MP3-compatible CD player?

hi
i have E60 530i live in Egypt and Bmw dealer in My country is literally ripping people off. the cars are assembeled with the least options possible. my single cd player in the car doesnt play Mp3 files and i asked them why they said becasue it is an option and they can bring me the cd player(which play mp3) from germany for 10,000 egyptian pounds which is around $1700 !!!! i just need the cd player part number to be able to order it myself which will be way cheaper. can some1 help me. i can buy it directly from any member if we can arrange and he can buy it from dealer and ship it to me after he receives payment, or i can order it myself if i have the part number.

thank you

You don't need to do all that,
go to your local computer store and buy an Empty DVD CD
and burn all your music from iTunes or whatever file you have to the
CD, the DVD CD can hold up to 700+ MP3 songs and will play in your main
CD player located under or above your navigation CD.

unfortunately when i insert an mp3 cd or dvd in my cd player it says no cd. the cd player that came in the car is not capable of playing mp3 files thats the whole issue and that why they told me that i have to change the cd player with the one that can play mp3s. the 3 series cars in Egypt can play mp3 but the 5 series cant. thats very stupid.

i donno whats Europen delivery
