Euro spec door mirror glass and rear forlamp retrofit

just wondering if anyone here has done any of these 2 mods? the euro spec door mirror glass and rear foglight conversion. i couldn't find much info online, so i thought i'd ask here.

My tech is working on the rear foglight. It is wired and the Euro switch is in, but he can't get the LCM properly coded. It looks like the Euro LCM has 2 additional wires and the Euro LCM is $$$$, so we are trying to get a handle on the wiring.

If/when we finish, I will report back.
