To accomplish your actual desire, a 6 speed, there is only one way: Order a new M3 fitted the way you want and sell the SMG car.

From a lot of experience with cars in general, this is cheaper, easier and just better in every way jthan trying to do a conversion.

RDSport has converted a few of the US E36 M3s from auto to 6 speed and 5 speed to 6 speed. at least for the US, the 6 speed requires a different drive shaft to connect to the differential.
the 5 speed will hold up to the power of a supercharger; i'm pretty sure the 6 speed will as well. don't know about the SMG.
good luck!

In Turkey I saw several M3s that have become manual 6-speed from SMG because of the SMG problems the owners had. They just change the electronical system and put an extra clutch pedal.
I don't think it would be a problem as the SMG M3s use the same gearbox, diff. and shaft.

About the supercharger question:
I have a friend who has a supercharged euro-spec M3 EVO which has approx. 550 HP and only parts he doesn't have any problems with that power are the gearbox and the diff.
He changed the clutch though.
I'm sure SMG car can handle 380 hp with the OEM clutch. So there won't be a problem having a supercharged SMG car.
However once you have more power you have to use heavy duty clutch which means harder pressure thus can cause a problem for SMG hydrolics.
