Rudskogen 14-15 September

Koenigsegg will be present at the motor festival in Rudskogen, Norway 14-15th september with 6 (!!!) cars.

Cars that will be present:

Agera R (#086?), CCGT, CCX (#063?), CCXR Edition (#054?), CC8S (#005?) and a CCXR (#038?).

Speaking of the CCGT, does it have a VIN number? Shame FIA changed the rules for GT1....

We were told years ago by someone "in the know" that the CCGT does indeed have at least a chassis number. I would think it would have to also have a full VIN in order to qualify for FIA GT1 rules, even though the FIA later changed those rules. I know that the Spyker LeMans cars definitely have full VINs.

The VIN of the CCGT however is most likely not visible; even on CC8S and CCRs it was only in the front compartment, which the CCGT most likely does not have. On the Spyker race cars the number was engraved in the chassis somewhere, I've seen photos.

If anyone is able to attend, and can persuade a close look at it, at the very least the chassis number would be great to finally know! Also, given our recent discussions on Editions here it might be a little help to know the number of the Edition, and what spec it is (U.S. or non-U.S.).

Dave, are you planning to attend?

We need to find someone attending the event and make sure they get VINS and photographs of each car. Especially the CCGT

I highly doubt that a car we don't have the VIN for (other than the CCGT) will be present, i would be very surprised if the numbers of the cars i listed would not be the ones attending (who knows?)

#005, #038, #054, #063, #086 and CCGT.
