This CC8S was displayed during the Dutch AutoRai, which was held from 7 till 16 february 2003:

The pictures of the Gumball 3000 show the licenceplate: 007003 which makes me believe that this Koenigsegg is #003.

I just remembered that I actually visited the 2003 AutoRai. I was there to admire the Spykers, but I also made this two photographs...
