Air conditioning problem: could be a R134 gas leak from one of the high pressure pipes. Could be also the expansion valve and the o-rings.
Starting: might depend from many factors. Alternator not charging, starter's brushes not working properly, or a mass in the electric plant, a fuse/relay...
These are just tips. I am sure the Koenigsegg guys will solve your problem.
