"other special projects" Never worked on them, and when at Crewe there was loads of "we can not and must not let you see behind that curtain" and they were serious. Invariably given time I saw some of the other cars.

The madest was the one that looked a bit like the Batmobile out of the Batman Returns film.
Interesting. Is that car that looked a bit like the Batmobile in between these: http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/2.html ? Or did it really look alot more like the batmobile than for instance the Silverstone?
Members of the Royal Family financierd the Batman movies. There is also a UK build Mercedes-Benz R129 based Batmobile in Brunei. Unfortunetaly I haven't seen pictures of it, but it is supposed to be a bit ugly :p

I really hope my memory isn't playing tricks on me but I remember it with a bonnet(hood) twice as long as any of those, and not flat, but cylindrical-ish like that batmobile. I also recall mad fins and all sorts of stuff that made it look closer to the batmobile than any of those.

Thats interesting about financing the batman films - i didn't know that. I wonder if their invovled in the new one they've been making in and arround london this year.

Incidentally - the Java Coupe was *very* like the Rapier P5 I see there.

I recall one 2 door car with a retractable hardtop. Remember this was 10 yerars ago !!

Wow this is amazing, never never anything like this ever existed.
Would love a rumage through his stores.

Got a ride 2 years ago from a test driver in Bentley Continetal and GT at Brunters.
