Some Bentley Java P710s, a P700 and one of the rehashed Bentley Range Rovers.
I recognise these shots, these were taken at Stanstead as the cars were loaded onto a plane. There were pissed off people at Royce when Auto Expres (i think it was) scooped them.
I've just remembered that shot of the P700 (the convertable Java).
Once Royce/MPW realised that the project was not going to be scrapped because of the scoop, they calmed down. BUT There were very anoyed people about this one shot as it highlighted a problem in one of the first P7xx cars to be delivered to the customer.
The windows were meant to automagically go down and then up when you closed the door. But you can clearly see from the photo its failed. There were all sorts of *quirks* on that project, more than a few that I was involved in
Excuse me for being a naive young 'en and not appreciating the bent's and ferrari's above (and the work i'm sure you put into them stumbo). They look like station wagons to me, but with 4 exhaust tips. Love that batmobile looking one though, that is one mean looking front end.
