He certainly does have some weird, "different" stuff in there. Loved those F50's

I'd love to take a look in there myself. Very impressive stable.

Re: The Sultan of Brunei car collection pics

I belive it was Prince Jeffri, Sultan's Brother, who bought all these cars.
I've been to Brunei and still don't understand where can he drive these cars above 200km/h (125 mph) in his country.

Anyway, It's nice to be the King

BTW, I love the S600 Pullman

It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end to end, someone would be stupid enough to try and pass them.

No. His son just got married and the wild spending brother has had his "wings clipped" (for now!).

Re: The Sultan of Brunei car collection pics

If I had his kind of money I would probably spend it on ridiculous amounts of cars.

Re: The Sultan of Brunei car collection pics

This comes from a very old article in a UK mag if I remeber corectly.

I don't expect you guys to believe me but I was involved in building the Bentley Javas you see here for 3 years. 18 cars in all. He seemed to buy everything in sets of 18.

Absolutely awesome.

BMW 540i, Engine went to Cosworth, bored and twin turbo'd. Body ditched. All rolling gear replaced. Completely bespoke interior, body shell, electrics etc etc.

Very fond memories of testing at 2am at Bruntingtorp.

I'm nervous now, but am sure the secrecy clause is now long void .
