Videos ASR 135i VS. ASR GTR VS ASR 997TT

People have been asking for quite sometime now for us to shoot more video of our 135i with ASR Turbo Upgrades against other comparable horsepower cars and here are the results. For those that aren't familiar with our 135i, it has our upgraded twin turbo package that produces 540whp and 538wtq on 100octane with meth injection. The cars we ran are also built by us and attached below are pics of the mods. This GTR has all of our complete bolt on's with stock turbos which produces an average of 540-550whp. Lastly, the 997TT has all of our bolt on's available with stock turbos producing an average of 510-515whp and 550wtq. I do have to mention that the GTR was breaking up a bit after a couple of hot runs since the plugs needed to be changed. You'll be suprised at the outcome and how the 135i hold it's own against the 997tt and GTR. Just for reference the GTR has previously run 10.89 @ 131mph on pump gas at the track. We only got a chance to run up to 160mph since we didn't realize the speed limiter was still activated on our 135i software. By the time we realized it, we were ready to call it a night. Next time we'll be a little more prepared. All the videos are not the best quality, but you get the picture. Enjoy!

The TT M5 kits, in my opinion, will edge out all three of these cars on the highway with just Stage I. Stages II and III will be a different animal though. Believe me, those videos will be up right after completion of the package.

Awesome work, I believe this is the most potent 135/335 around! I haven't seen anyone else putting up anything within 100hp.

Thank You Sir! I believe the 135 is capable of a high 10 second pass, but getting the car to hook well enough without a LSD and DR's will be a tough task. Although, we definitely have the MPH to run a high 10 second pass. One thing we're working on right now is the drop in boost between shifts that's referred to as the Throttle Delay Fix. This has already been done the stock turbo 135i/335i with full bolt on's and the cars have picked up an average of 4mph in the 1/4mile, with no other changes to the software. For example, a 335 with full bolt-on's that ran an average 119-120 mph range now runs 124mph with the Lag Fix. Since the turbos on our car have been upgraded it takes a little bit more work in the firmware programming to get it to work like it does on the stock turbo cars. Once the Throttle Delay Fix is corrected, we will run them again. Of course the speed limiter will be deactivated this time.

Wow that is impressive (all 3).

Though I am most impressed with the 135i. It was dead even to the GT-R, losing time only when it had to shift. I dare say it pulled ever so slightly at one point as well.

Good job ASR/Abid. A trust testament to the quality of the products/packages you put out.
