Wow i never realized that something like a sunroof could cause a car go spin out like that. I guess at those speeds any change in the drag can throw a car off.

BTW, holy s*** that car is fast!

I hope the driver of the Porsche was not being serious when he said that he will send them the bill for the weeds/stuff that he hit after flying off the track. That would be ridiculous.

Im sure he didn't know how to act. I'm sure he thought everyone was laughing at him for spinning out going straight. Did they determine why the sunroof came open? did he bump the button or was it the speeds or something? Scary stuff..

Trim the weeds? They need to repave that runway! I realize the initial shaking is the result of the tires trying to put all that torque on the tarmac, but the bouncing and shaking through most of the run (especially at the end) is pretty scary. In fact, the ride doesn't get too much rougher when he hit's the grass.

I don’t have any experience at 200+ mph, but my limited experience filming autobahn runs in the mid 100s has taught me one thing. High-speed, in a straight line, on a good road = no drama. My autobahn vacation videos are always disappointingly boring.

Maybe I'm just feeling grumpy about the crappy roads here in L.A., but I think the road surface deserves at least as much blame as the sunroof.
