Mercedes C63 AMG with factory 487PS

The optional package is now called AMG Performance Package Plus, but according to Mercedes's own German configurator it doesn't include the LSD anymore. They must have screwed something up or they want more for the same car. I've managed to spec it to cost close to 105.000EUR. Now the AMG Driver's Package is also on the list, giving you 280 KM/h. The AMG Driver's Academy is mentioned in this package.

Here's what they say about the PPP (which by the way costs more than 7300EUR):

AMG Performance Package Plus bestehend aus: Leistungssteigerung um 30 PS auf 357 kW / 487 PS, Schaltsaugrohr in Titangrau lackiert, rote Bremssättel und AMG Carbon Abrisskante.
  • AMG Performance Lenkrad
  • AMG Hochleistungsverbundbremsanlage vorne
...which means (GT):

AMG Performance Package Plus consisting of: lacquer performance by 30 hp to 357 kW / 487 hp, variable intake manifold in titanium gray, red brake calipers and carbon AMG spoiler lip.

* AMG performance steering wheel
* AMG high-performance composite brake system front

So what happened to the old PP?

PS: I'm a geek .

Now that is nice to have a +30 HP. That confirms my suspicions that something weird uis up with the detuned C63 compared to the E63 etc.

The LSD is indeed available separately, but it jacks the price up, as it was included in the package before.

It's the same thing in the end, but it makes it clearer from the start from the customer's point of view. You know what you're getting into.
