I used Admiral this year, but have previously used Aviva, L&V, Adrian Flux amongst others - it's worth phoning around as the insurers seem to have a 'quota' for vehicle segments and when the reach the quota for the segment they raise the premium? i.e. I can remember L&V being £850 with the renewal coming in at over £2.5k??

I went with BMW, 56 Years young, £1100.00.
If the unthinkable should happen, at least it's repaired by BMW.

I also live in Berkshire with an F10 M5. Insured in March through A-Plan with Aviva's top policy. Relatively few options in terms of insurers willing to cover the car, but for me the Aviva policy was most comprehensive at a not too unreasonable price.
