Usa M5 EPA certified ?

My alpine white M is supposed to be at the dock in new York on July 26th. It's arriving on the TOPEKA. Does anyone have any solid info on whether we are going to see delivery on these cars before the rumored September 1st date.

I spoke to the President & GM of my local dealership. They said BMW NEVER holds cars that are already sold so they will not hold them for a Sept 1 launch date. My car is supposed to hit Baltimore this Saturday then meander down to Georgia. I'm in West TX and they told me it'd be mid-August for my delivery. So happens that I'm in Cabo for 10days during this time but atleast I;ll have something to look forward to coming home

Somebody might be better at this than me, but the EPA site does not list the 2013 M5 as a certified car.
