My m5 began production today

Hi all,

I just received confirmation that my car went into production today. I live in india so i should get it the first week of september given that it takes 1.5 months to ship

the spec is Space Grey with Sakhir, got the 20'in alloys, M seats.

i was just wondering has anyone seen a space grey F10 with the rims blackened? i was considering doing that as i got the car.

anyway looking forward to being in this forum its been very help full thus far

Congrats! That would be a good looking car with black rims...take a look at ADV.1. I am looking at these for my F10 M5 in Alpine White.

I was thinking of something with concavity. Not sure yet which ones but I like the 5 spoke design. These D2Forged wheels are also nice.

Vossen also makes a nice set but not sure if they are forged wheels.

I was thinking along the same lines. Something with concavity will suit the m5 well. D2 forges, adv1, or an HRE.
I'm not a fan of Vossens but the CV3 is the only wheel i like from them. Simple classic 5 spoke design with some concavity, looks good.

I am still up in the air. By the time I get my car back to the states it will be ready for the winter so it will be garaged. I will be looking at wheels in the spring.

I would suggest either the ADV5.0 or the ADV10, I think they'd look great in a few of their configurations. Keep in mind these wheels are built to order so you may want to order them sooner to have them ready to go for spring. Let me know if you need anything, we are their top distributor worldwide and we can handle all you needs.
