Dealer had it for nearly two weeks and still couldnt find anything wrong. They contacted the rep who told them to change out the brake fluid. My wife said this initially made the brakes feel more firm or more responsive but she is fearing they may be starting to "get mushy" again. It has been 3 wks now but keeping fingers crossed. Maybe this whole time she has been complaining of brake fade and I never realized it. Couldn't this be solved with replacing the fluid witH ATE brake fluid???

The only thing ATE or other expensive brake fluid will do for you is prevent degradation/boiling under track conditions. Absolutely unnecessary for a street car under any conditions.
If they've bled the brakes and/or changed the fluid and you still have a problem, it is very serious. They need to fix it immediately.
