Because its so much better than all the other 4 door saloons, those comparisons get boring. We need to compare to GTRs and the like to keep it interesting.

Why the heck are all these shows / magazines comparing the M5 to cars that AREN'T a four sedan?
Is it really hard to compare it to the E63 / RS6 / STS / Panamera ?
