not an M, but still a BEAST! The 550 was lighter by one passenger, but with the Jeeps mods thats a zero sum game.

The F10 M5 is going to ridiculous!

I owned one of those Jeeps. What a hunk of crap it was. Bought it brand new and traded it for an X5 4.8is within 5 weeks.

yup yup those jeeps might have some bhp but that is it! They are cake for an E60 M5, F10 550 SHOULD walk it.... looks good for the new M5? Maybe.... Bets still on a 550 modded will outstrecth a standard F10 M5, the joys of adding turbos....

A modded civic will beat a stock new M5...

This is no longer a matter of slapping a tune on the 550 and beating the M5 like it was with the 335/M3. Since the new M5 will also be twin-turboed, the only fair comparison will be mod vs. mod where I bet anything the M5 will walk the 550 without a doubt.

Jeep is 420 HP not 500. That 550 is pretty quick because those Jeeps are no slouch off the line.
