Gustav Meet & Sweden treat. Halloween 2008

If someone ever tells you to visit them when your in town, you always think you´re imposing if you do so.. Not with our Admin !

Hello and welcome to my short and very "fast"cinating memory on meeting Gustav.

It was a couple of weeks ago when I was asked by my company to travel to Sweden for a presentation and customer relations. I of course accepted and thought why not connect business with pleasure and give Gustav a mail, letting him know that I would be in town.
At this point I have to mention that I had never met Gustav personally and had never been to Sweden either, so I was kind of hesitant to ask if he might have time for a drink or a mabye lunch.
Gustav promptly responded saying that lunch is not only an option but that a spin is in if there´s no snow, soo.
A couple of days before I arrive I give him a call we talk and he´s already planning a couple of hours without letting me know.
I arrived on Wednesday afternoon take the fast train into the city and a taxi to my hotel where I unpack and call Gustav to let him know I have arrived. "Great I´ll be there in 5 minutes" he says over the line so I should wait for him at the entrance.
Well 5 minutes ? I thought I would have time to brush my teeth and go. 4 minutes later I was down stairs and looking at an M5 E39 parked right in front of the hotel. Gustav? Sure as rain is wet and he´s ready to roll
Anyone who knows anything about Sweden knows that Ghost Rider is the man on two wheels, well Gustav is close to doing the same on 4 with his car
Make no mistake he knows his car and he know his cops We´re off to a restaurant on the outskirts of Stockholm but how we get there is the goal. It´s not just driving it´s getting the maximum ammount of fun out of the beast without getting caught So off we go and wow what a sound !! Speeding along at *** km/h is one thing but Gustav has the breaks to stop, let me describe it as digitally ! Stop means STOP !! When he hits those brakes it like your non existant false teeth want to fly out but instead you scrape your eyeballs off of the inside of the windshield
After a wonderful lunch and a very special tour of the city Gustav and I scheduled to meet again on Saturday to go walking through Stockholms narrower streets and do some more sightseeing by foot acompanied by his wonderful Emma & beautiful Ella whom I look forward to seeing too when I revist them next year.
Hej, Tack Gustav
