The accident happened at the Galgenkopf--in fact just about five meters in front of the sign. The motorcycle was in pieces. The guy was about 35 years old by my estimate. He split his helmet in two and was already in very bad shape when I got to him.

On another note, I have decided to start doing some heavy tuning on my 2004 VW R32. It handles only slightly worse than my M6 in stock form, but nowhere near as powerful. I would be saddened if I totalled my M6, but I could get over losing my R32 if something were to happen--like get an M3!!! I don't know, maybe I should just wait and trade it in for an M3 instead???

Don't really know when it will happen. ASAP
My friend will do the paint work, but he is extremely busy. Some parts are already painted, but I have no idea when the car will be finished.

I did order wheels today. I ordered 6 BBS CH wheels in 8,5*17 ET 38. I will put 235/40/17 PS2's on them (no semi-slicks yets... I don't think I'm ready for that. People tell me you have to be a rather good driver to be able to control the car with semi slicks. Very much grip, but once you loose grip, very hard to control the car.) The wheels will be powder coated in white before the tyres are mounted.

I have no idea yet when the wheels will be delivered.

At the beginning of the week, I was told that the wheels would be delivered in 15 working days. That's 3 weeks... So that should be somewhere around July 13th.

I ordered the tires yesterday. Powder coating might have to wait, because of holiday of the factory. No big deal...

Tomorrow I'll be picking up my steal brake lines for the rear brakes, and I guess I'll install them in the weekend.

I missed you guys today. I just got back and it was a little better today as far as the traffic. A biker killed himself and I left early.

So that guy died...bummer...

One witness said he was conscious at first, but the damage on the rear of the car he hit was quite a bit from a bike.. .

It was closed from 1 when we got there till 3, and then we cut out early as well...the boss wanted to hit Bitburg on the way home...
