Some friend found a bunch of pictures on the net...

@Fart: you should really spray that car in another color, e.g. pink. That would make it a lot easier to find pictures. I've been searching for pictures of your car, but haven't found any yet... Maybe you can drive a bit slower, give the photographers some time to take a picture

Hehe.. I have found a fiew pictures.. 3-4.. maybe the photographers find my car too ugly, and they dont want to spend time taking pictures of it.

Still I would like to find the picture that was taken in the caracell (how is it spelled).... when the tire was rubbing so hard that there was tiresmoke.

Did you time any laps? I have the feeling that I was driving alot quicker then before. My fastest lap on regular tires was 8.45.. but this time around it felt much quicker.

Didn't time any lap... And I didn't do any fast lap either. Too much traffic. I s*ck at driving with other cars around. If I'm behind a car that is only slightly slower, it can take a whole lot of time until I pass that car. I just start driving at the other car's speed. And when there is someone behind me, I move out of the way, and slow down to let them pass me easier. Usually I do my better laps at the end of the day, but I left early this time.

Anyway, my best time is a lot worse than 8:45. I think I'm at 9:20 or so... To be honest, I've only timed 2 or 3 of the 58 laps in the M3.

BTW, I think the name of the turn is spelled 'Karrussel'.

It was a typo... It should've been 'some friends'. And yes, you found most of them

Well I'm no expert, thats for sure but the lap I was in your car, I was hanging on tight - it was pretty darn fast/aggressive driving and I really enjoyed it !

FYI - - I compared the video footage from the lap we did, and the lap we had done/taped with your M5... BIG SURPRISE, using more than one set of marker points to make sure, she went around about 15 seconds SLOWER than the M5 - in lighter traffic...

Sure didn't feel like it, but there it is...

Yesterday I went to another car fun event. Drifting with the M3!!!

The first part of the day, I was driving with a set of Wanli tyres at the rear axle (mind the ugly wheels on the pictures). The last hour, I was running PS2's on all 4 corners. Never imagined tyres could make such a huge difference! I'm 100% sure I had more grip with the PS2's in the wet, than with the Wanlis on dry road.
