Cool! You can actualy hear where he is.... You can hear sound reflection from the barrier at T13, and the follow him around.

3:25 Brucke Breidsheid
3:34 Ex- Muhle
3:51 Bergwerk

but it sounds like he slows down somewhere around Angstkurve and Steilstrecke, pick up pace again, and the ride very close to the limiter from Steistrecke to the Karrussel. Construction going on maybe? Some near-redline downshifts are strange though, either it has no torque or the driver refuses to use upper midrange!
