330cd Vs. S2000

Well I ve put this thread here cus in portugal we call de 330cd the M3 diesel
So Im having a huge fight with some friends about this...
I told them that the 330cd would be faster than a S2000 in the high way and probably from 0-100 !

What do you guys think about this?
The 330cd has 205bhp and 410nm ( ) of torque!
I dont know the S2000 specs. but I think its way faster at the highway!

What do you think?

S2000 240HP 153IBS-FT

S2000 0-60MPH 5.5 0-400M 14.1~

I would say in speeds of 230km/hr the 330 may have a chance

I had a video of a guy in a Honda S2000 keeping up quite easily with a Porsche Boxster. Whether or not the S2000 was modified remains unknown. I would say the S2000 had the better chance against a 330d. But against an M3 then the outcome would be different.

The S2K has 35 more horses (plus or minus), less frontal area, and less weight. Math and physics say the S2K wins.

well if the race well go down like that? hmm its tough cuz I never sat in a deasil 330 b4.. but own an S2K.. again I would say 330 would have a chance since the S2K lacks the torque for the 5th gear hit

BOB ROD
