You have a challenge ahead of you. I tried to buy some Individual Program interior bits and the CSL steering wheel while in Germany a couple months back. The problem is that for these parts, the dealer must submit a VIN to the BMW order system that authorizes those parts for the car. Thus, you will need to find someone who has a CSL (or at least the VIN of a SOLD CSL) and is willing to push a dealer to order the parts.
BTW, these kind of low volume parts are WAY more expensive than regular production pieces.
