Anybody do a 2yr lease and/or buy miles upfront?

Hi,
I am getting an M3 in a few weeks, and am thinking of doing a two year lease and paying for 25k miles a year upfront, so that the warranty will end with the lease. 25k a year isn't even enough miles for me (I drive 50k a year, and have another leased vehicle now, which I am over the miles on already) but I don't want to have this car out of warranty with all this engine crap going on. The question is, has anyone done this, and if so, did you get a discounted rate for the extra miles by paying for them upfront? Is it better to just buy in this situation? The current #'s have me spending almost 40k in the two year period...any suggestions? Thanks alot,

Darren

BTW, business usage accounts for nearly 90% of the miles driven...
