engine failures in european m3s?

hey guys, i'am reading alot about engine problems in the u.s. how are you guys over in europe fairing with your m3s?

it would seem there are a few over here as well.
I've also read that in the US, BMW NA are trying to get out of warrenty claims, by claiming the engine had been over revved! (and that includes cars with SMG)
But is it a case of a minority of cars that are being written about, or is this a big problem for the new M3?

There have been some engine failures in Sweden. Most of them seemed to have been early cars or test cars used by car magazines.

I don't loose any sleep over it.

I agree.

I take great comfort from the fact that my car has survived 9 trackdays in 7 months. The engine just keeps getting stronger and stronger.

Amazing car.

Interesting information about engine failures was posted earlier to roadfly forums.
