Nice. Gallardo got the jump, but M6 reeled it in and was pulling HARD at the end.

I wonder if a new SE w/ E-Gear would do better-- at least up to 225 km/h.

Ok. Now this race was close enough where the weight of an additional passenger (the camera man) in the M6 is making a difference. If M6 had one passenger, it would have stretched the Gallardo by another car+ as well. It also would have also been able to accelerate harder from the start as well.

By the way Gustav, what year is the Gallardo? 2004s were a bit slower than the 2005+. The 2005s have a bit more HP and better gearing.

Did the Gallardo have a passenger as well?

That was pretty close for a while, but it is obvious that the M6 is the faster car..
