Starting from 50 km/h to around 250 km/h tacho speed. It is the 500 HP manual gearbox Gallardo versus a standard BMW M6. Thanks to Martin L for the picture below.

Nice. Gallardo got the jump, but M6 reeled it in and was pulling HARD at the end.

Ok. Now this race was close enough where the weight of an additional passenger (the camera man) in the M6 is making a difference. If M6 had one passenger, it would have stretched the Gallardo by another car+ as well. It also would have also been able to accelerate harder from the start as well.

Did the Gallardo have a passenger as well?
That was pretty close for a while, but it is obvious that the M6 is the faster car..
