USA Owners...Illuminated Doorsills: Yes or No?

The BMW UK website lists this item as standard equipment: "M door entry kick-panel trims (illuminated)", whereas the BMW USA website lists this item as standard: "M-badged doorsills".

So, are the doorsills on US cars illuminated?

My regular 645 was illuminated in Canada as standard...and my M will have illuminated sills saying " M Individual"
