Per the site: "The Miraflores Webcam is rotated throughout the day to show Canal traffic from different vantage points. The camera generally shows northbound traffic in the morning and southbound traffic in the evening". PS: I noticed something when looking at the webcam. It was there, in the water, drifting slowly, silently, if only for a brief moment...then lots and lots of bubbles followed by a what I sensed to be a muffled gurgling sound. Either Loch Ness's largest inhabitant has relocated, or...well, MTO, you get my drift (pun intended).
