To completely reboot your car control computer (I-Drive, Navigation, Audio), hold down both eject buttons for the DVD and CD drives while pushing the radio power knob. This causes the system to reboot from scratch but doesn't lose any of your presets or stored information. When you turn the car off and back on again it doesn't completely reboot the system, at least not to this degree.
Mine's still having same issue as OP. Have you found the culprit in your system? If I unplugged this component completely, and nothing changed then can I assume it's the culprit?
If that's the case and there's already no sound coming from the system whatsoever, then I should see no change right? So I'm wondering if this could pinpoint what my cars problem is?
I had the SOS issue and the Bluetooth/SOS stopped working. I replaced the battery and now everything works again. One key note is that when I would start the car, I would sometimes get the high drain battery message as well.
