INPA E63 help?

i am running the stock version of inpa v5 and it has no support for my m6? even if i select the e60 and then s85 it seems the wrong one. this happened before and someone sent over the files which i cant seem to find now :-?

Exactly what issue are you having Pyro? I have an 07, with the original INPA App from post #1 in the coding thread. I use it all the time with E6x selected. Never had a problem. Are you still getting the two black dots when you connect, if so, the program is working. What is it not doing for you?

Yea it's selecting the model I had an update from someone which got rid of e39 I think and put some newer cars on that was fine?

pyro (we chatted a couple of times on one of the coding boards regarding P500S on startup), I'm not sure I understand what isn't working. If you are referring to the the E60 -> Engine -> S85 from INPA, there are two different versions of the DME. I forget the cut-off date, but I think it is very early on, like 9/05 build dates or so.

If the second entry is simply missing, you're in luck. The menu layout is set by a configuration file (INPA/CFGDAT/INPA.INI). If the only thing that has happened is the config file was changed, you are in luck. If the actual ECU files are missing, it's a little harder. If you look in your EDIABAS\ECU folder, the should be two files for the MSS-65 DME. One is called MS_S65.PRG and the newer one which you probably need is MS_S65_2.PRG. If you have both of those files, post your INPA.INI here and we can see what is wrong with it.

I am missing this particular ecu file, I tried to initialize dme with ecu in the CAS but since inpa doesnt find my ecu, now it cant be synced and my car doesnt start!!!!!

Really need this MS_S65_2.PRG file, please contact me soon as possible where I can find this.
