Aftermarket MAFS

I know a lot of you may find this a mortal sin, but i bought some aftermarket coipacks for my m5 for $240 a set, and worked perfectly well as well as the oem ones.... so now thinking i may get some mafs from the same company... any dangers?

this kind of thing:
