washing the carbon fiber roof

Hey wassup members,

As the title says, im about to give my m6 its first wash and had a few questions about the carbon fiber roof. Can i wash the roof with regular car soap and water, and can i wax the roof like how i would wax the rest of the car with like mothers detailing spray? If i cant use these things can you please give me a recommendation of what to use.

Thanks!

Just like what the owners manual say - treat it as regular paint.

Most important is always to give it a good coat of wax to protect the finish.
